Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Shipping Confirmation: When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Please allow additional processing time during sales, holidays, or promotional periods.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or building management. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at 📧 Pamperingsessions@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately—we may be able to update it before it ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We want every delivery to be perfect. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll resolve the issue with care.
