Shipment Condition Notice
Please note that our all‑natural products may soften or slightly melt during transit, especially in warm weather. Rest assured, this does not affect their quality or efficacy. If your product arrives softened, simply place it in the refrigerator for a short time to firm back up, and it will be ready for indulgent use.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a refund if a replacement is not available.
