1. Returns

Due to the nature of our spa products and for sanitary reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items.

• Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery

• Condition: Items must be in original packaging, sealed, and unused

• Non-returnable items: Opened products, gift cards, and promotional items

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
